About Me

Name: Allanna Grant

From: Glasgow, Scotland

I studied NC, and HNC Graphic Design with illustration at West College Scotland for 2 years during covid-19 and then took a year out during July 2022 – August 2023 of my studies to find work. 

After a couple months of job searching, I realized that I needed a HND for most if not all junior designer positions I found so decided to go back and get my HND in graphic design which I completed June 2024. 

For 6 years I had worked in retail as a sales assistant and coffee specialist Which gave me some life lessons that I use day to day such as never let your work take over your life and keep your hobbies and passions alive for me, I combined the two. When I worked in retail all I did was that I stopped designing, drawing, creating work that I could be proud of and when I decided to go back to my studies, I got that passion back. Now I want to use what I have learned to help people's visions and brands come to life.
